As a 501(c) (3) non-profit, your monthly tuition supports our daily operations, but it does not fully cover the enriching extras that make Kids’ Corner so special — like field trips, live performances, and upgrades to our technology and learning spaces.
Your Giving Tuesday donation helps bring these memorable experiences to life for the kids we care for.
Our program continues to pivot and evolve over the years to meet the needs of Winchester families. A prime recent example of this is when Winchester Public Schools closed unexpectedly in September. Our staff at Kids' Corner stepped up to offer a Full Day Program which helped many families smooth over childcare needs for the day. Your donations helped make that flexibility possible, and this Giving Tuesday is a way to give back and ensure that Kids' Corner continues to make a difference in the lives of Winchester families.

Kids’ Corner’s mission is to nurture compassionate and confident youth through exceptional and engaging out-of-school programs. The Winchester After School Program, Inc. d.b.a. Kids' Corner, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has proudly served Winchester families since 1982.
In addition to our After School Program, Kids’ Corner offers programming to the entire community during summer, vacation weeks, and many WPS professional development days. Kids’ Corner advocates for the needs of working parents in Winchester, and reaches out through community service to support local causes like the Woburn Council of Social Concern, En Ka Society food pantry, annual caroling at Mount Vernon House, disaster relief fundraisers, and student-led charity efforts each year.

Over 23 school year field trips including Water Park of New England, Ecotarium, Franklin Park Zoo, Smolak Farms, Wheelock Family Theater, Battleship Cove, Immersive Gamebox, Franklin Park Zoo, Roller Kingdom, Fun World, Discovery Museum, Shriner’s Circus, and more!
A special performance of Cinderella from the talented Tanglewood Marionettes.
A staff professional development training on neurodiversity.
This year donations will go toward supporting this year’s amazing field trips, staff professional development workshops, and technology/building upgrades.
How to Participate & Our Goal:
We have two amazingly gracious matching gifts this year! Every gift will be matched dollar for dollar with a matching gift from two anonymous Kids' Corner families, up to $5,000 in total. Incredible! Let us know if your family or company would be willing to join the match game!
Our goal this year is to reach 75% participation across the program!

Kids’ Corner is grateful that many of our families took advantage of corporate matching and other employee giving programs last year, and directed over $4,800 (25% of the total raised) in additional funds to us!
